Fruits

Vegetables

Walnuts, flaxseeds, coconut seeds, raisins, and sunflower seeds but cashew nuts, peanuts, and pistachios are to be avoided. But seeds and dry fruits should be consumed within a limit.

Flesh foods

  • Consume of water should be increased by at least 8-10 glasses of water regularly.
